Anti-Inflammatory TurmeriX Salad Dressing


  • 4 tbsp of extra virgin olive oil                                 
  •  ¼ avocado
  • Juice and zest of 2 unwaxed lemons                
  •  1 garlic clove minced
  • 1 tbsp of TurmeriX                                                       
  • 1 tbsp of honey
  • Pinch of sea salt to taste


Blend all the ingredients together in a blender.If you prefer a thicker consistency you can add more avocado.

You can be generous with the oil in your dressings as not only do they make the salad taste better; but, the oil increases the absorption of some nutrients and slows down the absorption of starch carbohydrates and sugars. This helps you feel full for longer.
