Golden Tea Milk

 

INGREDIENTS:

 

  • 2 cups of milk, almond milk or coconut milk
  • 1 heaping tbsp of TurmeriX
  • 1 tbsp of raw honey or maple syrup to taste
  • Pinch of cayenne pepper (optional)

 

DIRECTIONS:

 

  • Blend all ingredients in a high-speed blender until smooth.
  • Pour into a small saucepan and heat for 3 – 5 minutes over medium heat until warm (but not boiling).
  • Drink immediately, while warm and fresh.
