Anti-Inflammatory TurmeriX Salad Dressing

INGREDIENTS:

  • 4 tbsp extra virgin olive oil                                 
  • ¼ of an avocado
  • Juice and zest of 2 unwaxed lemons                
  • 1 garlic glove, minced
  • 1 tsp TurmeriX                                                      
  • 1 tsp honey
  • Pinch of sea salt to taste

DIRECTIONS:

  • Blend all the ingredients together in a blender. If you prefer a thicker consistency you can add more avocado.

You can be generous with the oil in your dressings, not only do they make the salad taste better; but, the oil increases the absorption of some nutrients and slows down the absorption of starch, carbohydrates and sugars. So helping you feel full for longer.
