Chill out this summer with a delicious summer drink packed full of immune-boosting health benefits!
- 4 cups water – cold with ice, filtered, fizzy or warm (not too hot – over 176˚F will reduce the effective benefits of the TurmeriX) – the choice is yours!
- ½ - 1 tsp TurmeriX
- 1 tsp fresh ginger, grated
- 2 tbsp raw honey (or stevia)
- ¼ cup lemon juice
- ¼ cup orange juice – optional
- Melt honey and steep fresh ginger in a little hot water. (If you want you can filter the ginger bits out.)
- Add rest of ingredients and mix.
- Sit back and enjoy!
